Public JSON Endpoints
Public JSON makes an approved publishing boundary inspectable by software. It should be stable, descriptive, versioned, and narrower than the private publishing system.
Available public examples
The public Context Pack JSON and its demonstration Release Manifest JSON describe The Maha Principle without supplying book text. The release API pattern is GET /api/releases/{work-slug}/{release-version}; only published metadata-public releases should resolve.
Consumer expectations
Consumers should read access conditions and exclusions before use, preserve version and provenance, and avoid treating linked destinations as unrestricted data sources. Public JSON is a description of a permitted release, not a general-purpose content feed.

The site also publishes llms.txt and this documentation index JSON to help tools discover public docs and boundaries. Neither file overrides access conditions attached to a specific release.
